The terms and conditions as written below are to be read and understood before
purchasing goods.
As this will then mean that you agree to our terms set out below.
The items on this site are detailed as much as possible. If you need any more
info on an item you can email us at shop@ukcreations.co.uk or call on 01279 658355 during our shop hours (Mon – Sat 10.00am –
5.00pm).
Please also note the quality of your monitor may cause our products to be
shown slightly different to that of receiving them.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any
items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished
your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to complete the order.
DETAILS
Our descriptions may need to be updated often, therefore if you have a product
on order that has been updated by description we will email you to see if
the product is still required. If for any reason we feel we need to withdraw
a product through the quality not meeting our quality control standards, we
have the right to do so at our discretion. Please take note that many of our
products are hand crafted so will vary slightly in shade, colour design, size
or other features.
DELIVERY
Our delivery dates and prices are accurate at time of confirmation. By using
courier companies and the post office sometimes some matters are out of our
hands and we ask you to be patient with us whilst we do our very best to resolve
the issue as quickly as we can. Do take into consideration holiday dates will
mean your goods may arrive a little later, therefore if need a product by
a specific date let us know when placing the order. Worldwide orders please
email us at shop@ukcreations.co.uk for prices.
Our delivery times once we have taken an order is 2/3 days to despatch. If
need Urgent then please let us know, as this is possible and the postage will
therefore be a little higher in price. We use Parcelforce and Interlink.
Once we have despatched your order we will then email you to let you know.
RETURNS
If during the 7 day cooling off period you wish to return the goods, please
do so, to receive a full refund or replacement. Your statuary rights are not
affected. If you wish to return the goods after the 7 days but before 28 days
you may also do so for a refund, or you may exchange the item as long as on
both returns we are able to put back into stock as a new item. We do not pay
for return postage unless we are at fault. After 28 days we are unable to
accept goods back unless faulty.
When returning an item please send recorded, if you need to make a claim for postage you will need proof of sending and the signature on who received at creations. If need help on making a claim we are happy to assist.
All returns must be packed
in its original packing. If any sealed packing is torn talk to our sales team
before returning. If Creations send an incorrect item due to fault of our
own then we shall ask for you to send back by recorded post and we will refund
the product and the postage in full. If to large to be posted we shall then
get it collected on our expense. Some of our items can be ordered to a specific
size, style colour etc where possible. If you have ordered a product personalized
and we have made an error then we will correct this, however if you the customer
have made the error then we are unable to accept the item back.
PURCHASING & PAYMENTS
All our prices are in English pounds (Stirling) and we accept no other currency.
We accept CREDIT CARDS: MasterCard/Visa. DEBIT CARDS: Maestro/Visa Electron/Visa
Debit/Solo.
We have a high Street Shop that the products on line can also be purchased
from, though some prices may vary, the price in the shop is the shop price
and the price online is for the online purchase price only. If you are looking
for a particular item and do not see it online then please feel free to contact
us with what you are requiring and we shall try to help you with our very
helpful sales team. You may either order your products through our shop by
phoning or posting an order or by email or by online in our shopping basket.
Payment can be by cheque (takes 14 days to clear) or over the phone with your
card details.
If payment by cheque please put the following details on the back of the cheque:
card no, cheque guarantee amount, expiry date, valid from date and payable
to Creations. Payment by phone to our shop on 01279 658355 (always get name
of sales person who took your order) 10.00am – 5.00pm Mon – sat,
with your card details.
GENERAL INFO
At times our site may be linked to other sites this we hold no responsibility
with regarding loss or damage, may it be with the service you receive, or
any other matter, we Creations are only liable for our own site www.ukcreations.co.uk.
